Chloe's 18th Birthday Pajama Pajama Party at Station 13 in Tulsa, Oklahoma was a one-of-a-kind event. Planning Chloe's 18th birthday party was so much fun, we were able to take her vision of a pajama pillow fight party, with earthly colors and of course her favorite of all of the muted colors is a soft eucalyptus shade, at a really cool venue, with fun interactive activities, succulent's and amazing food, and making it all seamless and cohesive. Sounds like a tall order but thats why they called in the professional design planning team at Events by Jamie Lyn. Equipped with all of Chloe's must haves we began the fun challenge of making her milestone birthday one for the books.
The party planner team at Events by Jamie Lyn, were able to take Chloe's vision of a pajama pillow fight party with earthly colors and turn it into a memorable experience for everyone involved.
The venue, Historic Station 13, was the perfect location for the party. The exposed bricks and industrial look of the venue created a neutral palette that complemented Chloe's desired color scheme. The team at Tulsa Balloons helped to incorporate Chloe's favorite color, a soft eucalyptus shade, by creating a balloon wall with a neon "Happy Birthday" sign that served as a backdrop for the pillow fight. Balloons in various shades of muted eucalyptus were also scattered around the venue, adding a pop of color to the overall decor.
Food was a highlight of the party, with local food vendor Dope Soul curating a delicious breakfast menu that included fresh-made waffles, pancakes, and plenty of bacon. The Gas Petal, another local vendor, brought an interactive succulent build-your-own-arrangement bar to the party, which allowed guests to create their own unique succulent arrangements.
The entertainment was also a big hit, with a personalized white bounce house and laser tag. For those who preferred less interactive activities, customized color books and other relaxed options were also available. However, the most talked-about entertainment was the epic pillow fight. Soft, feather-packed pillows created an unforgettable scene as feathers flew everywhere, covering everyone and everything. A professional photographer was on hand to capture all the fun moments, creating a treasure trove of Instagram-worthy photos.
