The bartender crafted the most delicious cocktails, and the evening was spent under a canopy of starry lights that hung above the rustic tables. After dinner, everyone moved to the poolside fire pit and shared fun stories of the bride and groom.
The next day began with celebrations before the rehearsal ceremony. Once the rehearsal was done, the charter coach picked up all the guests from the estate and headed to Wilson Creek Winery for the rehearsal dinner. The dinner was lovely, and everyone enjoyed the scrumptious food, wine, and luxurious winery.
On the wedding day, the fun began early with hair and makeup for the bridal party. Lisa's color palette for her wedding was her favorite shade of purple mixed with creams and eucalyptus green, which created a stunning combination. The groom and his groomsmen arrived dressed in their custom suits in shades of light grey and enjoyed a fun whisky tasting before their pictures started.
Jason had tirelessly restored a 1926 Dodge to use as an arrival to the wedding and as a getaway car. Once the bride was ready, she had her emotional first look with her dad. He was left speechless when he saw his little girl, now a woman, dressed in her wedding dress on the day she became a bride. Once father and daughter had their special time, it was time for him to walk her down the aisle.
The ceremony was extremely meaningful as the bride and groom wrote their own vows. After the wedding, the guests enjoyed a fun cocktail hour with crafted cocktails, tray passed appetizers, games, and music. The photographer captured the stunning sunset which was the perfect backdrop to spotlight this beautiful couple. The cocktail hour was flanked by 6ft tall letters lit up spelling Markos, their new last name. It was truly magical.
Once the couple made their grand entrance as husband and wife, the barn erupted with cheers. Lisa and Jason slayed their first dance and wowed the crowd with their moves. After all of the heartfelt speeches were given and dinner was enjoyed, the dance floor opened to the 6-piece amazing band, Undercover Live from Costa Mesa, California. The band brought so much energy and amazing songs that kept all the guests dancing the night away. Once the couple had their last dance, they exited to a magical sparkler-flanked getaway.
After the exhilarating wedding day, a farewell brunch was the perfect ending to a memorable 4-day celebration. For the brunch, a private chef created made-to-order omelets, waffles, bacon, fruit displays, along with a bartender to create the perfect mimosas and bloody mary’s.
